Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how My Store ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store.

Information we collect

When you visit our store, we collect information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages and products you view and how you interact with the site.

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this as Order Information.

How we use your information

We use your Order Information to fulfil orders, process payments, arrange shipping, and send you order confirmations and updates. We also use it to screen for potential risk or fraud, and, where you have agreed, to send you marketing about our products and offers.

Sharing your information

We share your personal information with service providers who help us run our store, including Shopify, which powers our online store, as well as payment processors and shipping carriers. We may also share information to comply with applicable laws or to respond to a lawful request for information.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, or for as long as required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies to operate the store, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The date below shows when it was last revised.
